It's kind of hard to disagree with the writer's logic; there is way too much of the "It's the best comic book movie" ever buzz about The Dark Knight that smacks of lemming-like mob mentality than anything else.

Though I think that this new version of Batman is much more believable than Tim Burton's 1989 and 1992 versions, I think that cramming in two villains and one more in the shape of Two Face (for a total of three) weakened this film's narrative the way having so many subplots ruined Spider-Man 3.

I thought it was a great movie, but certainly not the best. Personally, my favorite superhero movie is Iron Man. I was absolutely blown away by that, but this Bat Man, so!

I agree though, the end with Harvey Two-Face WAS really rushed in my opinion. And scarecrow really didn't fit in at the beginning. That sort of lost me.

We need to bring Harley Quinn into one of these movies.

The heck with her, I thought the Dark Knight was amazing! I disagree with her review completely.

It's sad when I'm critiquing a critic.

I couldn't agree more. Dark Knight is the best Comic Movie Ever. Sadly I do not think that it could beat Spider Man.

I thought the Dark Knight was okay, but we need to get newer batman plots. Whatever happened to Harley Quinn? She was -THEE COOLEST- batman villan ever.

I completely agree with Fardreamer. It is the best batman movie and I can say its best superhero movie too. Saying its the "best comic book movie" is pretty low.

I would say it was not only the best comic book movie, best super hero movie and best batman movie but it is on my top 5 list. I have seen it couple of times. Generally I don't watch any movie twice unless its has something special.

Critics are no better then the new actresses who do one or two sensational scenes to get famous. No one would be know him untill he made this comment and now all of a sudden everyone is talking about him.

I remember someone saying "publicity is publicity, there's no good or bad in it"

Movie was great! I think some low life critic must have put those words to gain some publicity.
