Troubled teen star Demi Lovato is seeking further counselling to help her cope with life after rehab.

The actress/singer, who has spent the last three months in treatment dealing with undisclosed emotional issues, was spotted attending a meeting at the New Journey Eating Disorder Center in Santa Monica, California on Monday.
