Whom you would give the title of worst dressed female celeb.I find Janet Jackson's sense of clothing the worst.I think she has to redo her wardrobe.

haha...yeah i agree with you...although when you watch some awards night seeing how other celebrities dress up you will most likely say "Why wear that??"...but as i can't think of anyone else Janet will be my vote

My vote is for Britney Spears. I could not stand looking at those awful cut offs and tank tops she wore, especially when she stopped working out. Janet has some outlandish gear as well too..I agree.
