I think this is one the best "girl bands" ever. It's funny when people think about Heart, they also think of their popular poppy tunes that came out in the 80's. I still think that "Barracuda" and "Magic Man" are two of their best songs ever. They were around years and years before they went into the pop status.

I think Heart is the only "girl band" I have ever liked. I've always loved their music, especially the older stuff. "Dog and Butterfly" and "(Love Me Like Music) and I'll Be Your Song" remain two of my favorite songs of all time. I saw them in concert in late '82. They were just awesome!

That's awesome ! When I mention Heart to most people, they only know them from their pop sound in the 80's. Lucky you, I wish I'd had seen them in concert !

Yeah, I'm so glad I got an opportunity to see them then, because I never got another chance. I like their '80s stuff, but I prefer the older stuff. Their music was simply amazing back in the '70s. There has never been any other "girl band" come even close in comparison to those two. They are so talented.

Yep, no other girl band has ever compared. The Go-Go's were a joke to me. Although 4 Non Blondes were semi ok, they pale in comparison to Heart.
