Professional jealousies.....

Is it possible if the partners are in the same profession, and professional jealousies won't creep in.I think it does occur and it is quite natural too.

I've seen it happen a lot with men than with women. It's that alpha male thing where they feel intimidated if a female does better than them, and especially if that female is his partner. Not all men are like this, as I have a lazy cousin who is happy to sit on the couch all day while his wife gets ahead and supports them both.

Professional jealousy is not an issue between me and my husband. We are just professional to have rivalry among ourselves. We discussed things that concern our profession but not boost ourselves to each other. Achievements are appreciated the most.

What I have observed that women most of the times are not the ones who feel jealous, but I somehow feel that men are the ones who can't take the fast paced career of their partners.

Married people should encourage each other to grow. Leave professional jealousy for other work associates. When one perison in a marriage accomplishes greatness in their work, it s for the benefit of both partners.

It really is pretty natural to have professional jealousies. Especially when a man would have to deal with his woman's success. There isn't much you can do about it though.

Having the same profession can be a good and a bad thing for a husband and wife. It is good to be able to discuss each other's work, fully understand it and be able to give valuable advice. On the other hand, if the husband and wife are too competitive, or even if just one of them is too competitive, they won't have peace.
