What is everyones way of telling if they love someone but not in love with them? My way is because when I am in love, there are romantic thoughts, but I have had exes that I grew to love but couldn't feel anything at all romantically for them.

There si a lot of difference betweenbeing in love and just loving soe one. If you are oving osme one sincerly hten it will be in being in love and if you loving some one for pass time then it will be just loving some one.

There are also different types/levels of love, aren't there? I love all of my online female friends to some degree or other, and even though there are a few that I'm attracted to physically, I can honestly say to them, "Hey, I love you," without it having to mean "I'm in love with you."

Well you can say that their is a mild difference between the two,but surely there is a difference, it could be commitment and concern that makes being in love score over just loving someone.For me too the romance is the crux of the whole system.

Loving Someone – a deeper feeling of just being in love, you long to be with the person you are infatuated to
