From Pop Star to a TV show guest; David Archuleta is just following what Posh Beckham has done earlier.
David Archuleta, referred to as Archie in audience and starbiz circles has found himself on the fount of adulation for his cherubic cheeks and embarrassingly affable smile. The guy, who gained popularity through ‘American Idol’ last season, will use all his charm when he moves on to Nickelodeon this month. Obviously David will be playing himself.

Archie will be the guest star for an episode which will be titled the “iCarly effect” which will have him running through the farce of winning the title in a TV show contest due to his huge fan following in the iCarly web cast.

Nickelodeon reveals that the drama will richly unfold in the serial as the runner up Wade King would look to draw sympathy from the viewers by telling them his sob story. Though after getting a complete feedback on King’s arrogant demeanor, the viewers outvote his fans and make Archuleta the deserving winner.
Archuleta will also sing on the episode, due to be aired sometime next year. We anticipate the magical charm of the unbelievably cherubic boy to dawn on us.
