Heidi Seems to be doing rather well with Project Runway and any impending obstacle in the way has been perfectly ironed out.
Heidi’s show had run into trouble with plaintiffs filing suit against the program for being a rip-off of an idea.
US District Judge Loretta Preska has put the lawsuit to oblivion that claimed that Project Runway was worked along the lines of an idea submitted by an erstwhile fashion designer and a fashion merchandiser. Preska clarified that the show gave no urgent impression of being plagiarized and the concept stood entirely on its own much to the chagrin of two women who defiantly claimed otherwise.
Heidi seemed amused just as well by the plaintiffs’ call suggesting the show was a result of extremely ingenious sessions by its creators and she had hardly ever known it to be any where close to a rip-off.
Klum uses the phrase “ You are aufed” to contestants who are shown the door. The English call for the phrase would mean a farewell. Fashion industry veterans perhaps bit a little more than they could chew and just once more in her defiant star career Heidi Klum has put an egg on their faces. Project runway should continue to rock.
