Court papers exclusively retrieved by TMZ . com reportedly show that "Basic Instinct" Sharon Stone is an alarmist parent.

According to the judge who rejected Stone's request to move her son Roan down to L.A., Stone appears to overreact to many medical issues involving her son.

The court has released what it calls the "Tentative Statement of Decision," a highly sensitive document, which outlines a bitter, ongoing battle between Stone and ex-husband, Phil Bronstein.

In one matter cited in the document, the judge described Stone believing Roan had a spinal condition but "there was no evidence to support this allegation."

The court also cited another overreaction when Stone suggested that "Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odor."

Stone's camp has yet to issue a reaction to the court's document.
