NBC has confirmed that the ‘Queen of Talk’ Oprah Winfrey has already shot her guest appearance on the network’s hit show 30 Rock.

There has been a lot of talk about Winfrey’s 30 Rock guest appearance ever since Jennifer Aniston made her guest stint on the show. Now NBC execs are confirming that Winfrey has already done her scenes opposite Tina Fey’s Liz Lemon character. Winfrey will be playing herself on the Emmy Award Winning show.

Fey had this to say regarding NBC’s announcement "Oprah is very funny in the episode, and we are beyond grateful to have her. Also, I would like to announce that we are officially best friends."

Winfrey is no stranger to the screen. She received critical acclaim for her role in Spielberg’s ‘The Color Purple’ but guest appearances from The Oprah Show host are rare.
