‘Transformers’ star Shia LaBeouf is now taking about his fateful July 27 car crash. The actor says that it was a terrifying and eye opening moment for him. He also says that his hand is worse than it actually looks and that he would have to go back for surgery as soon as his schedule allows him to.

LaBeouf’s truck flipped over when another car hit him one in the West Hollywood hills. He sustained injuries to his head, knee and arm. LaBeouf was also cited for DIU because police who came to the scene noticed that the young actor was a bit drunk. Investigations have now shown that LaBeouf may not be at fault for the crash because the driver who plowed into him ran a red light.

LaBeouf’s incident had reportedly caused delays in the Transformers set he was working on.
