Sarah Palin has an ongoing case with the Alaskan court. She is being investigated because of claims that she used her position as governor to get someone fired. And as part of the investigation the ‘First Dude’ of Alaska – Governor Palin’s husband Todd Palin will be subpoenaed for questioning.

The case against Palin claims that she used her power to fire her former brother-in-law from office. The issue has been referred to as ‘Troopergate’ and has been around since before Palin was thrust into the political spotlight.

Palin’s husband will be joining 12 other people to testify for and against her.
