It is very good to have a glass of luke warm water,with a spoon of honey and little lime juice.If you take it in the morning it detoxifies your body and helps to melt your saturated fat.

My grandfather used to drink a glass of warm water without fail every morning with a squeeze of lemon juice added to it. He had the most beautifully soft skin too and always attributed it to that. I'd forgotten all about that until you mentioned this. Thanks, sanju!
