This is surprising I would have thought Tunisia would be on the list as it is socially acceptable to smoke anywhere and everywhere - even in the bank you will see the cashier with a fag in his mouth!
It is quite a surprise that most of them are European countries.I consider these more cultured and aware places as compared to rest of the countries.But such statistics are quite alarming.
