Hi,

I have come down with a stinking cold and sore throat over the last few days and I really hate suffering with colds. I am drinking my hot fluids as well as some traditional tea called 'Tronjea' which is to help build your immune system.

I am now going to stock up on oranges to make some orange juice for my vitamin C, but what are your home remedy cures for a cold and sore throat to get rid of a cold quickly?

You are going the right way.But it takes some time to get over this cold cough problem.A simple inhaler will also sooth you a bit.Take hot water bath it will relax your body.Get well soon.
