I am doing this along with some jogging and weight lifting. I just found out that this makes a good exercise for my body is aching. I only felt this way back when I am still going to the gym.
In addition to shadow boxing, has anyone here tried to simulate working with a speed bag. You can do the same movements without having a speed bag and it really works your shoulders and triceps.

I have tried it at my cousin's place. He's having a complete gym in his basement. I love visiting him due to this.
