The myth goes the other way, but people generally fail to realize is that how very important is to workout during pregnancy.It is better to take advice from your gynecologist.Swimming is one the most relaxing and helpful workout.

Running works the best, but it's not necessarily for everyone. If you have never run, start by walking and add a little running as you go. Increase the running time and just keep going. Drink plenty of water!

Well walk at least a mile a day…Get rest drink plenty of water & fluids….Avoid junk food….Good Luck!!!
