I drink it all the time, along with other energy drinks. But you'll want to be careful, drinking too many energy drinks can be dangerous. Aside from that, one every day is too many, maybe every 3/4 days or less is ok. Its not really a good thing as it can lead down the addiction road. Caffeine is a highly addictive drug found in almost every energy drink. The typical sign for an addiction is that your body demands more cafeine, so you get it by drinking more or getting bigger cans. If I were you, I'd stay off them for about a week to be sure. You sould only drink energy drinks if you typicaly need the energy. But then again, your not me so its your choice.
