Avatar sinks Titanic

Titanic hit an iceberg an sank in 1912. This time, though, it was not an iceberg that toppled it, but a 3D film. Avatar stole its crown as the all-time global box office champ.

Here are the stats:

James Cameron’s epic Titanic $1.843bn (£1.14bn)
James Cameron’s Avatar $1.859bn (£1.15bn)

ummm wonder what Cameron will make next, may be a movie on Tiger Woods Life in 3D?
