Music producer Dallas Austin has rubbished romantic link up with pop diva Britney Spears.

Austin’s spokesperson insists that they are just ‘good friends’.

According to the New York Post, the Toxic singer spent time with pal Austin at his Atlanta, Georgia home earlier this month (Jul09), where they shared intimate conversations about “music, life and work”.

However, Austin denies he and Spears have traded their work relationship for a romantic one.

“They are good friends and have been for a long time,” Contactmusic quoted Austin’s spokesperson as saying
