I think i can tell you the more beautiful way to be a slim & trim
I am not saying forget exercises but yet a very different thing
Have you heard of Negative Calorie food:- i explain the concept what it is, the calorie is going to give you is less than the calorie it consumes from your body for its digestion & & make you cut your calories as more as you can eat.
ANy many salad stuffs are actually negative calorie untill & unless you make it with cheese & fry it anyways. Do confirm more via google but its the best method

I think what's important in weight loss is consistency. You can do little steps, like drinking more water, not eating before bedtime, avoiding pop. If you stick to them, not just try for 3 days and then throw them out the window, you will lose weight.

Seemingly interesting, but I cant remember having heard of anything like this before. In a mission to lose weight I would love to know any form of diet which can enhance the process of weight loss. These communities have already made me know about many such issues which are going to help me and they keep coming to make me wiser only got to wait and see how long do I stay motivated in my mission and able to attain weight loss. Someone also asked me to have a look at Narconon Vista Bay can this help?

I have tried one good diet some time ago, and it worked very well for me. It is a 12-day diet that consists of 3-day parts when you can eat only one specific food, like apples, for example. Here you can find more detailed info about it. I plan to do it again, maybe a several times a year.

You are absolutely right about consistency. People, me included, sometimes stop working out and it's like all the work I have done before is down the drain. You have to remain consistent and make healthy eating and exercise something that is for life, not just until you shed a few pounds. It should be treated like breathing: something that you will pretty much be doing the rest of your life.
