| | | As I said before, the trick is not to eat less, its what to eat. You can eat vegetables till the come out your ears and you will hardly gain a thing. Its cutting down gradualy, also, if your gonna do it, then bloody Do IT! Yo-Yo dieting can lead to Bingo Wings or excess skin. I'm sure thats not attractive.

| | | Don’t splurge on fat, do NOT bulk up on high-fat foods like bacon, butter, and hamburger, just because they are low carbohydrates. Two major studies have concluded that while highfat diets might help people lose weight faster, the weight loss isn’t maintained better than other diets. Besides, fat delivers about twice as many calories for the same number of grams as carbohydrates or proteins do and after study shows the disastrous impact of fat on health.

| | I'd say the easiest way to lose weight is to lessen the amount of food you eat. It also helps if you keep your thoughts off of food. Just stop thinking of going on a diet coz that still involves thinking of food. The more you think of food, the more you'd want to eat, and that's just natural coz people really need to eat. But just try to keep yourself busy with other things, stuff that would really need your focus and soon enough you'll lose a little weight.

| | | I believe in small meals several times a day. They will satisfy your appetite and give you the energy to keep going. So instead of worrying about eating large meals then having to excerise to take the calories off, have a small nutritous meal, then go about your business. Moderation is always the key to being well balanced.

| | | One method I learned about says to switch to high volume foods with lots of fiber. If I remember right, half a cup of raisins has the same calorie count as one cup of grapes. Plus, grapes will fill you up faster. I think the book was called Volumetrics.

| | | I think it has to be a balanced diet to stay thin, You shouldn't go to the extremes to lose weight. I think those who are foodies , should take small but frequent meals to stay fit and reduce weight.
