Yes what you said is right drinking a loy of water gives an additional benefits to health. As it maintains hte boody temperature in hte normal conditions .

Yep, splashing water on your face not only rejuvenates your but the water gets in your pores and hydrates your face as well. I usually do this daily along with drinking lots of water.

It is good to rinse your face with fresh water three to four times in a day.It cleans and hydrates your skin.Drinking ample of water is also a boon to your skin.

Well if you drink a lot of water it will naturally help your skin. I would use moisturizer so then your skin would be hydrated.
