It's true, people change once they're married. The "we're madly in love feeling" does wear off eventually. But if you're really sure that the person you're with is "the one" then marriage is imperative. It's a promise to each other that no matter what you'll stay true and bound to the other person. Plus the ring is like a signboard printed all over you saying that you're off limits! This builds trust and to survive in this life, we all need people we can trust.
