My first acne breakout happened when I was 13 years old or so, and though I never had "pizza face" breakouts, I did get painful pimples and blackheads, particularly on my nose and forehead.
I rarely have recurrences of adult acne, but when I have been stressed beyond reason I do get pimples. On my nose. Yikes.
