You are absolutely right about consistency. People, me included, sometimes stop working out and it's like all the work I have done before is down the drain. You have to remain consistent and make healthy eating and exercise something that is for life, not just until you shed a few pounds. It should be treated like breathing: something that you will pretty much be doing the rest of your life.
